How do I add to the shopping cart? You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket. -Top-

Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. How do I create an account? In the side column of the online store you will see a members box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later. Do you ship to my country? To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site. Within this shopping basket there is a link called "calculate shipping". Payment by Cheque - drawn on a UK bank account. Select this option and send a cheque payable to The Soap Tub, to our postal address - The Soap Tub, Victoria Mills, Albert Steet, Lockwood, Huddersfield, HD1 3PR. Your order will be shipped on receipt of your cheque (although we reserve the right to wait for your cheque to clear in some circumstances).
Payment by Purchase Order or Purchase Order Number - Schools, Colleges and other Local Authority, Health Authority/Trust and Prison Service establishments can place an order using that option on the checkout. We require a purchase order number, and will only ship to establishment address. Again, we do not usualy wait for the completed purchase order to ship, but reserve the right to do in some circumstance. We understand that particularly in school and college settings, it may take weeks to produce such paperwork and if you are preparing a lesson for next week, you need the order asap.
Cash, and Postal Orders - yes we accept them but cannot be repsonsible for their loss! Please send such items by recorded delivery and please enclose a letter telling who you are and if possible, the order ID that you are paying for. -Top-

UK customers: The Soap Tub works with Global Freight Solutions to ensure that your parcels reach you. As an (internet) mail order company we benefit from the Team at GFS who track your parcels, every step of the way. The majority of our parcels are sent using DHL - and tracked by, GFS. This has lead to an impressive record on delivery rates - the right parcel, at the right time and in the right condition. If however you should have a problem, please contact us asap as we seek to correct it. Any parcel lost or damaged in transit sent by this method we will replace.
West Yorkshire Customers - can also choose to select FASTWAY as their courier. This option is cheaper, but, we do not track orders sent this way and should your parcel not arrive you should contact us as soon as possible.
Royal Mail - we regularly get requests, but, we are not able to garuntee, replace, refund or otherwise pay for any loss, damage, or non receipt of goods sent this way. You will be asked to confirm in writing that you accept this risk. This method is only available by telephone request as we recomend using one of our courier based, and garunteed, delivery methods.

None of the Prices on this website include VAT which will be charged on all orders at the standard rate (In January 2008 - 17.5%). When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card is charged immediately on purchase, if your card can not be charged, the goods you ordered will not be sent. Please note that we 'do not take your money' - for website transactions. When you make the payment you authorise either Worldpay or Paypal to take the payment - we do not see your credit card details, only the result of the transaction that you have authorised.
