On the Homepage on this website there is an online support box - when available we may be able to assist you with general enquiries but not with specific enquiries relating to orders that have been placed as this service is not provided by our office day staff.

We aim to provide a high standard of service, if however you wish to offer feedback or to make a complaint, you should contact Daniel Janes, General Manager, at the above address.

OFFICE HOURS AND VISITING US.

Monday - Thursday 9.00 am - 4.30 pm.

Friday 9.00 am - 2.30 pm

VISITS:  24 Hours notice is ALWAYS required as we operate a working warehouse and production facility.  For health and safety reasons we have to ensure that a senior member of staff is available to support your visit - and to ensure that we have had the opportunity to prepare anything that you may wish to see or to discuss.

Please note that if 24 hours notice has not been given, we may not be able to let you into the building as our health and safety policy is strictly designed to ensure that we do not put members of the public, or our staff at any risk of harm.

We also, from time to time work with young people who have specific communications difficulties, including autism, and we always carefully prepare such staff for visitors - your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
