Membership of this website is free! Anyone can join.
However, we also offer premium services to members who pay a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription.
There are three further membership types – Premium, Business Gold and Education Gold.

Business Gold Membership.
For Customers Spending a minimum of £200.00 a month (which may be aggregated over any three month period – i.e £600 over a three month period) with The Soap Tub we will give you access to our Business to Business pricing – for the first time we are introducing a ‘Trade Rate’. To access the benefits of this pricing you need to purchase your membership and then wait until we confirm that your membership has been set up. When you log into the site with your Business Gold Membership password you the prices you see will have changed – you will have access to our trade prices.
You will also be given an account manager who will monitor your account and who will be your first point of call if you need support or advice. Your account manager will call you once a month (or more if you wish) to see if there is anything we can do to help.
You will also get a banner or enhanced listing in our Soap Makers Directory.

Membership is free (Until 31 March 2008 to allow existing customers to register, etc: From 1 April 2008 there will be a £10.00 set up fee for new registrations). EXISTING CUSTOMERS SHOULD APPLY EVEN IF THEY THINK THAT THEY MAY NOT QUALIFY AS WE WILL SET UP ACCOUNTS ON A TRIAL BASIS.

Notes: Memberships may be cancelled at any time by either party without any reason being given. Business Gold Memberships will be downgraded to free membership if the qualifying spending amounts are not maintained – we will however contact you before downgrading memberships.

Education Gold Membership.
Schools, Colleges, Youth Groups and similar settings and Registered Charities can apply for Education Gold Membership and Discount Scheme. To apply email daniel@thesoaptub.co.uk stating your name, address, organisation, and registered charity number if you have one. If you are applying on behalf of a school we would expect the addres to the schools delivery address. There is no fee for the creation of school/education and charitable purpose accounts as we recognise that funding for the creation of such accounts will not be available in such settings.
All decisions regarding membership are at the discretion of the management of The Soap Tub. No correspondance will be entered into regarding decision relating to membership.
Membership Benefits cease imediately if subsciption payments are not received.
